The Malvern High School National Honor Society was presented the two trophies Thursday as the AAAA State Champions in blood donations for the 2021-22 and 2022-23 school years. Last year the chapter collected 171 units, which was beaten only by the Cabot School District. At the first drive of this school year 53 units were collected. Special thanks go out to the many community members who have come in and made donations. Last year, the school received $1250 in scholarships due to its donations. This year, the chapter hopes to collect 175 units, resulting in $1750 in scholarships. The group will hold its next drive-in late January and the last on the first of May.
