Parents of students grades 7-12, if you have a student who will be playing school sports this year for Malvern (football, volleyball, golf, tennis, basketball, soccer, track, baseball or softball) and your child has not had his or her athletic physical, the school health clinic will provide FREE athletic physicals on Monday, August 21st. Student athletes in grades 7-12 who have a completed and signed physical history form will be allowed to get their physicals on Monday during school. Parents may see Mrs. Keeney at the scrimmage this evening and complete the history form or come by the school health clinic at 1517 South Main Street (ARCare), tomorrow/Friday, between 8:00-5:00, and complete the history form. Physicals will only be done on Monday, August 21.
Parents of 5th and 6th grade athletes playing football or volleyball for Malvern that need a sports physical may bring their child by the clinic on Monday, August 21, between 3:15 and 4:15 to get a FREE sports physical.
This free sports physical event is a courtesy provided by ARCare and the Malvern School District. It is NOT mandatory that students get their physical through the health clinic. Parents may choose to use their PCP for sports physicals.
